Week 6
Wow only two more classes left. It seems like EDT 211 has flown by and I can't believe how much new technology and tools we have discovered along the way. I was impressed by the weebly's I used to complete my three learning module activities. It was nice to see other students took the time to put together some great sites that the fall students will be able to use during their one credit course. I also found the Meyer's Briggs test module to be quite interesting. It was surprising how close the results appeared to describe me. Since Mike and I created the digital storytelling weebly, I will have to create a portfolio for my final project. I looked at the portfolio weebly and some examples and they look pretty neat so hopefully mine will come out well. I also hope everybody who chooses to make a digital story finds our weebly helpful and clear.

Hi, Chuck. I looked at the digital storytelling module yesterday. It looked very good. I would like to learn how to do this, but I think for my final project I will probably do the e-portfolio. I need a nice portfolio. I stayed for instruction after class yesterday. (I was so busy I did not notice who was there and who wasn't.) The UMD site is more complicated than Weebly, but I hope to give it a try anyway. I also have learned so much during this class, and there has been more productive interaction among classmates than in my previous classes. I learned so much from other students, and I hope that other professors will establish this communication among peers as well. Good luck for your final project. Susan
ReplyDeleteYeah I did the Meyers-Briggs test as well and I'm really glad I did. I think it's a great self-reflective exercise. I learned a lot about other personality types as well.
